This liquid fabric softner does a great job of making cotton clothes feel very soft. You can line dry your clothes after using this and they won't be hard. When you use it make sure you put it in the designated spot of the washing machine for fabric softner. Then you dilute it with water. If you don't do this your clothes will get spotted and be ruined. Don't ask how I know :) The only thing I don't like is this doesn't get rid of static cling so I use it with a dryer sheet. The April Fresh scent of this Downy is really nice. It does last in towels for several days. That way even the towels on the bottom of the pile smell fresh when you get to them. I do like this product and I would recommend it with proper use.
