If you have a PS3, and don't have this game, take a step back and look at your collection. What is missing? THIS GAME! This game is the ultimate must have for any PS3 owner, young, old, anyone.

Wow. This game leaves me speechless. This game is utterly beautiful beyond words. The textures...the levels...the characters....the whole game....utterly amazing. No doubt, this is the best looking game created so far for any system (PC, Xbox 360, PS3, etc.). The gameplay is also one of the best out there. The acting and cutscenes are stunning.

The game starts out on a boat in the middle of an ocean. Drake, the main character, is shooting an episode of a TV show (he is starring in this one episode) with Elena, the filmer and other main character. They start by finding Sir Francis Drake's coffin at the bottom of the ocean, and find something interesting, which leads them on a full scale adventure to find the truth of El Dorado and everything Sir Francis Drake documented. The story is very good, combining real life facts, yet making it fun and interesting all the way through. This is one of the games where I actually got into and followed the story.

The gameplay is amazing as well. They applied the same system as Gears of War (the first game to utilize this system in a great way), and it is even better. The controls are very very accurate and easy to learn. You can carry two weapons, one sub weapon and one main weapon, including shotguns, automatic rifles, pistols, and more. You can hold a couple grenades also. The damage system is great, and when getting shot/wounded, the screen dims black and white, until you eventually die. The ragdoll physics and such are great in this game. You get to drive only one vehicle, a jetski, but it is fun.

This game is the greatest game I have ever owned by far. The graphics are the best of anything out, the gameplay is phenomenal, and although a tad short, you can play it over and over (I have gone through it 3 times already, collecting treasures and achievements on different difficulties) and it never gets old. If you don't have this game, WHY!?!? IT is a must have for any gamer, and if you do not have a PS3, a must purchase for when you do get one. This one is a major system seller.
