All I wanted for Christmas this year was a pressure cooker. I didn't want a plain one. I wanted a fancy one with a timer, various settings for different foods and a warming feature. This cooker has it all. Plus the cooking part itself pops out and goes into the dishwasher. Oh yeah.

You can do so much with a pressure cooker, and you can do it fast. If you need a quick, easy meal drop in some pork chops and bbq sauce and in just a few minutes you have dinner! We used to never have rice on work days because it takes an hour to cook. Now we can have rice in the time it takes to heat up some frozen chicken.

Foods like soups and sauces are especially good in the pressure cooker. You can even make dessert in this little magic box, although I haven't tried it yet. This model will steam veggies too, which I love.

I have found this cooker to be easy to use and great at what it's supposed to do, cook food fast.

This ain't your mama's pressure cooker. This is for today's cook!
