Underoath Define The Great Line Cddvd By Corbet on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Underoath's "Define the Great Line" is the latest effort from the Florida based Screamo band. Underoath is know for changing their sound dramatically over time. Originally a metal band, they quickly changed their sound to a more alternative sound. Personally I believe this is their best CD to date and the band finally found their sound. Their main singer, Spencer, really found his voice and is leaps and bounds better then their previous CD. One thing I really like about this CD is the long instrumental intros and outros featured in many songs. Some of my favorite songs include "Casting Such A Thin Shadow," "To Whom It May Concern," and "You're So Inviting." The CD also comes with a DVD that features a 30-minute making of documentary. The DVD is a nice addition but I found myself only watching it once. Overall I'd highly recommend this CD to any fan of Screamo music.
