Uni-ball Vision Elite - Behold, the pen
By ForbiddenGlory onThese Vision Elite pens courtesy of Uni-ball are one of my all-time favorite pens that I still use to this very day, given how considerably fantastic they happen to work, and for the simple fact of the VE's standing out from other gel pens, due to its convenient feature of not leaking on flight, as well as water AND fade resistance, which puts the individual's worries to rest in thinking that they'll have to switch over to yet another set of pens.
As far as I'm concerned, these come in different colors, ranging from black to orange (with a whole bunch of different colors in between to select, which I find to be excellent since they are other gel pens that are only available through the two standard pen colors, that of course being blue and black). And not only that, these are also comfortable as well (you won't see that if you just so happen to have a tight grip) and when it comes to pens, that's highly important since I'm pretty sure no one wants to feel unnecessary, annoying aches the next morning due to such a minor problem as that. And as to the design - it's absolutely fantastic.
I have to admit, that's exactly what lured me into trying these and in the end finding myself being attached to them and taking one everywhere I go, due to not only the design, but also it's "overall-ness" - if that's even a word! Oh, and not to mention, right when the tip is at the slightest touch on a paper, you'll immediately start seeing ink being drawn out, so you can bet your bottom dollar that it's as smooth as they come!

I scrapbook and use gel pens all the time for my jounaling but the ones I buy in the craft store seem to have a hard time getting started and tend to need skip on me. I love the variety of colors. I could not tell from your picture, are they retractable or do you just uncap them?
What a neat pen. Thanks for sharing your experience with it and all the great information!
