Uniden 20-Mile 2-Way Radios

I am disappointed by Uniden and their 20-mile 2-way radio set.The range does not even come close to achieving 20 miles let alone 5.It does allow for multiple channels and a NOAA alert channel.The issues are with battery life, reliability, and reception.The battery life is dismal only lasting a couple hours at most on a single charge.The reliability is bottom shelf because I have already gone through a set after dropping one and it not working after the drop.The worst feature of these radios is their reception and sound quality.I have received multiple arrays of interference from radio stations and even truckers on CB radios.I can't in good conscience recommend this product because of its poor performance.
