Uniden 5.8 GHz Cordless Phone
By NewEnglandGal onOk, I know you get what you pay for, but! Our old phones were fading fast and we needed a quick fix. This phone isn't horrible, but it's not that great either.I don't like the fact that only one phone as a time can be "on". So when talking to family from out of state, we can't all be on the phone at the same time! There also seems to be a lot of echoes and/or static. We have changed the channel and there is still a lot of either or both. I do like that it has caller id/calle waiting. You can store up to 30 numbers in each phone. It comes with one main base, and two additional smaller bases and three phones. It has a digital answering system which is very easy to use and set.You can transfer from phone to phone.I have to say the batteries are one of the longest lasting ones we've ever had!You can also have 10 numbers on speed dial. You can set the ringer on three different volumes as well as the "voice" volume. It's an "ok" phone. It was inexpensive, and in turn the quality is also inexpensive!
