Paypal is not available in the Philippines and without my Union Bank EON Cyber Account I cannot join Shared Reviews. If I need a Paypal account well I need to have an EON Cyber Account first. That is the only possible way where I can have my much needed Paypal.

Applying has never been that hard. I check their site online and look for the procedures. There's this online application form to be filled in and after several days I follow up my EON Cyber Account to the branch I choose in my application. The fee is minimal and Paypal verification of my cyber account went well. Upon confirmation of my cyber account Paypal give me an account.

Without my EON Cyber Account there is no way I can join money making sites in the net. There's no way I can have a Paypal account and in effect deprive me to earn on some online stuff. Once I transfer my Paypal money to my EON Cyber Account, after several days that money is available for withdrawal in any Bancnet/Megalink ATM.
