There is a wonderful business hotel in Chicago called the Union League Club. When I worked as a corporate travel agent, I was able to book this downtown Chicago hotel for our employees at a really reasonable price. They are right next to the Board of Trade which makes it a great business hotel.

Finally I decided to take a trip there myself with my husband. I was very surprised when I got there and the reservation agent had put us up in a jr suite. Living room, bedroom, dining room, and 2 bathrooms. It was beautiful! I was able to take a look at some of the other rooms and they were all very pretty. The hotel used to be a men's club so it has an old feel to it. Lots of wood accents and dark colors.

There are plenty of meeting rooms both large and small so you can hold a small intimate meeting, or a conference. They have an amazing restaurant that will cater to all of your needs while hosting a meeting.

The staff there is wonderful! They will bend over backwards to help with anything. I once had an employee that wanted to propose to his girlfriend. I called the hotel and they took care of everything. Booked him a private dining room, worked with the chef to make an amazing meal, and even had a gift basket delivered to his room that night. They have gone back every year since and the staff remembers them.

The only thing about this hotel is that your company has to have a membership. Not everyone can stay there. It's such a shame because it truly is a beautiful place with service that you will not find anywhere else.
