Unionbank's Eon Cyberaccount By Oliver Villegas on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Unionbank's EON Cyberaccount allows you to connect with Paypal so that you can easily send and receive money online, and withdraw your money from Paypal to your EON Cyberaccount. It's very convenient to be able to receive money from online work, and this is made possible through Unionbank.

The fee per year is only around $8, which isn't so bad. There is no minimum account balance.

I had some problems with regards to connecting with Paypal because I didn't know what exactly to do. Especially when you're supposed to get your Expanded Use number. I asked for it at the local branch, but they couldn't provide my expanded use number either. It turns out that you have to contact their customer service hotline and ask for the number.

It takes a while to connect to their hotline, as it's very busy.

Despite this, now that I've already done setting things up, I'm quite content with having my EON card. It's very useful to receive money online.

I would recommend EON Cyberaccount from Unionbank

I'm not familiar with Union - are they a real world bank with EON as their online presence or is this all only available online? Not a bad fee at all. Thanks for the info
