I used University Title Company located in College Station, Texas when we closed on our first home. We are now using them again for the purchase of our second home.
They have great customer service. We had to get something notarized for the couple who is purchasing our home. I had just had ankle surgery and am not that good on crutches. The gal came out to my vehicle and notarized the paper right in the parking lot.
They are prompt on sending information and make sure to include a SASE to send it back. They answer questions quickly and efficiently.
When we used them the first time, we really did not know what to expect or do and they made sure to explain each item in terms and words that we would understand.
I highly recommend using them if you are in this neck of the woods!
