I am in charge of preparing all the bills of ladings, certificate of origins and SED's for our company. We use many freight companies to haul our machines but most of the time we use UPS Freight.
Our sales rep just gave me their new program to put on my computer called World Ship. Until I received this program I would just type of all the documents I needed for the shipment. Let me tell you this has made my life so much easier.
This program creates every possible document I need, even ones that I didn't' even know I needed. It will make sure that all the information is complete and right (including zip codes) and prints out the number of copies I need. If that isn't enough it even schedules the shipment for me so I don't have to call it in. It all saves all the information so if I need to ship to that customer again it is literally a one click process.
This program has saved me many hours of typing and calling, I love it.

I used WorldShip for years when I worked for a Pack N Mail center in Texas. It really does make things a whole lot easier!
