Urghss...Muscle Pains And Cramps?? By Chris Kong on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

This lotion penetrates fast and relieves muscles pain fast. I always have a bottle in my handbag for my usual muscle aches, pains, soreness and even backache and another bottle near my bedsite for the sudden leg cramp at night

Pros: The lotion leaves no greasy feeling on the skin after application. Unlike other brand it does not stain our clothing after use. I always experience sudden leg cramp during my sleep hence the easy open cap makes the application of the lotion in the dark easier. The menthol in the lotion gives a cooling and soothing effect after application.

Cons: Do remember that it only relieves and does not cure pain. Some of my friends do experience skin irritation after application, so it is advisable to test on a small amount on your skin before using. Package is not child resistant so remember to keep it away from children.

I have heard of this, but not for ages. I wonder if it's sold in the US. US$ 1 = RM 3.80 (Malaysian Ringgit)

I've never heard of this brand. How does it smell? I know some of these products are pretty strong smelling.

Great information. I have never heard of this product but seems like it does pretty well. I'm glad it works for your leg cramps at night.

Oh, I get leg cramps very rarely, but it would be nice to have something to ease the pain right by my bed when I do. I like the idea of using a lotion rather than a messy gel type product.

Haven't seen Banalog in years! But I'm going to try this for those dastardly foot cramps that send a body shrieking for relief:)

It probably is a better idea to rub something on rather than swallow a pill!
