Back in 2007 the goverment came out with $1 Presidential Coins. For anyone who collects these coins, as a small hobby or just for the kids, this was an album that i thought would keep all the coins together. First the coins come out four times a year, so that makes 12- $1 coins up to the end of 2009. They will continue to mint them up to 2016. The album has a nice cover , with a picture of George Washington in a gold inlay, and a picture of Mt Rushmore. Inside there is a place for each of the coins up to the last President George Bush. The round insets for the coins is the problem. I can't keep the coins in them, and if we are going to collect the dollars, i want to be sure they don't fall out.

Inside you will also find a book which is the history , facts, and quotes,of each of the presidents. The book has very nice pictures and information, that goes along with the coins that you collect.

I did get this at a good price and the book of facts was worth the money, but we wanted to collect the coins for our grandson and have a collectors type album for him. Guess i will pay more for a better one, to keep his collection in.
