The USA Today newspaper attempts what few others would do, to give quality news information on the day throughout the world. The paper is available all over, and tries to cover the day's news events and information from the night before. I personally find this approach to limit the amount of information and quality that I get from the paper. I do not like the light news stories, and I wish they provided more information for me on the national scene. It makes it hard for me to really get a good pulse on the country. The sections include the front page, money, sports and life and all are detailed in the big stories of the country. In as much, the detail available in the paper is not deep, but more of a glossing over of the news. I enjoy in depth information, and this is not he place to get it. The life coverage section is nice, and they focus on arts and entertainment there. This section will usually have good national interviews with celebrities or media type, including musicians. I have found that most of my favorite artists are highlighted in ways you don't see on the interent, since most will give papers interviews that won't give other outlets. The paper overall is of good quality for the scope of news, but I prefer a local, personal touch, and you won't find it here.
