Use Adjustable Weights For Better Arms By akhil on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have been doing weights for quite sometime which is about five years. I used to do weights dumbells and after some time I didn't like using dumbells as I can't buy dumbells every week whenever I get used to one weight and think of changing the weight. For better arms one has to increase weights and for that one has to buy new weights very often. Then one day at a store I saw these adjustable weights and really liked the idea of changeable weights and bought a pair of them in my weight range. Marcy Transformer dumbells are very easy to use as we just need to pull the pin and adjust it to the size we want and again using it as normal dumbells. We can regularly change the weights and I have been doing exercise with a slight increase in weights every week and this is just great. Instead of increasing a kg for every six months, I am increasing 250 gm every month and am building strong arms after started using them.

Wow these sound great. Thanks for the information.
I like the idea of adjustable weights. I have several weight-sizes in dumbbells so I know what you mean when you talk about 'getting used to one weight', and having to move up a notch.
Neat, these are similar to the ones that Bowflex came out with.
Adjustable weights really seem like the way to go! I like the look of these!
Good looking set of weights. I agree with everyone here, that buying adjustable hand weights just makes sense. The price is VERY good for such a well crafted good looking product.
Good idea to use adjustable weights instead of dumbells, saving money and can be used for ages too . Great weights there, thanks for sharing the picture with us too.
I would like to get some of these. I hate tripping over several sets of dumbells.
These weights sound very nice. Thanks for sharing.
I like these and I could definitely use these! :)
