V. Smile Baby By circusmama on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We got this after hearing all the excellent reviews on it, and honestly, we were disappointed. I really was expecting a lot more from a toy like this.

This is a gaming system for babies. You hook it up to the tv, then there's a board with different colored shapes on it the children can press to interact with the characters on the screen. You can also play with the board on its own. We like to use it for car trips, because it does entertain the children for a little bit.

Maybe I was disappointed with it because of the game that came with it. I'm used to the higher quality picture and sound of modern video games, but this game was very low quality. The character's voices were high pitched and annoying, with only a handful of lines they repeat over and over. My children will play with it a little, but they don't seem to enjoy it very much.

Overall, I don't think this is a toy worth having. It certainly didn't work out for us.
