If you are in the market for a cordless phone, which Im sure most are not, due to cell phones, then there are a lot of options. V-tech is a brand I came across monthes back when I was looking for one. They are widely known in the phone world though. And after buying this product, I can say they do a fine job at it too.

I picked this up on a whim due to it being 2.4 ghz, changeable faceplates, and customizable ringtones. After plugging it up and reading the book, I spent hours messing with the features, and coming up with ringtones to put on it. All ringtones are midi based of course, and you enter them in by downloading a program for your computer, uploading a song, it gives you the keypad sequence to enter in the phone, and it saves it. I have done quite a few songs on it, and are all great. The changeable faceplates let you customize your phone's looks too, so you can pick your favorite color. The quality of the sound is above average, and I have yet to really have any problem with that. The battery life is good too as long as you don't overcharge it like any other cordless phone.

This does make a great phone for the younger crowd though, and a few of the older people as well. I recomend it greatly.
