This 14 hectares park is home to some 1500 birds of 150 species of which figure the rare pink pigeon.

There is a restaurant in the middle of the park with view on the western coast.,The dishes are local mauritian dishes and are really good.

It also has 4500 hectares opened to priviledge visitors where animals are free and you can see them in tehre natural environment.

You have the optiopn to visit the parc with a 400cc quad bombardier

There are many trekking circuit in this reserve where the natutal flora and flona is untouched,

There photo safari in 4*4, treasure hunt activities and each evening the park organised events on particular themes. When i was there the theme was on slavery showing how the slaves worked hard and how they survived untill the abolition of slavery. Really educative.

You have the possibility to play and walk with 3 generations of lion with their trainers with you. Really cute these lions.
