Right before having my second baby in less than two years, I knew I could use an extra hand around the house, yeah right! So, I bought the next best thing, a Robot. Not only any robot an irobot.

My roomba is my single favorite purchase in the past five years. Nothing has made my life easier! I only use my old vacuum if I need the hose attachment, for example, during spring cleaning. My robot is able to not only clean up after my two kids, but also my two dogs. You will not find crumbs or dog hair on the floor, as the robot runs numerous times a day throughout the house. The robot automatically returns to its base to charge upon completion of its cleaning cycle. It takes about an hour to charge and then its back to work again.

IRobot has excellent customer service. If you have an issue with your robot, you can either talk with them online or on the phone. Since it is a robot they are dealing with they can usually diagnose and correct any problem you are having right then and there. Replacement parts maybe ordered online or by phone also.
