Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth By Kurenai on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I originally owned this game for the PlayStation, but lost it. When the PSP came out with it's own remake of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, I picked it up instantly.

The game has vastly improved from it's PS1 predecessor, with better graphics and brand new CGI sequences (instead of animated art.) The PSP remake has evolved quite nicely, but still retains the original game's feel.

For the game itself, it's better than any other RPG I've ever played. The story is a bit confusing at first, but evetually becomes addicting and even sad sometimes. Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth also comes in three difficulty modes (Easy, Medium, Hard), which affect which ending out of several is obtainable, but despite the modes, the game can get very difficult sometimes if you don't know what you are doing. The battle system is revolved around combos, which make it actually fun.

Overall, I recommend this game to anyone who never got a hold of the original PS1 game or for anyone that just loves RPG's in general.
