When asked what i wanted for my birthday i wasn't sure if i had chose right - when i requested Van Morrisons latest cd Still on Top. Well what can i say apart from this cd is absolutely fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised as i only really knew a few of his famous records like Jackie wilson said, and Baby please don't go. There are 37 tracks on this double album, and they cover years of Van's musical career. I was told there are over 5 decades of his famous hits on this latest cd. One cd is more of his upbeat records and the other more ballards. Wild Night and Stranded i had never heard before, but ended up playing them over and over again. Other classics included on the cd are Cleaning windows, and Gloria - which i think we all know quite well. I found this album was cheapest on Amazon at just £10.98 Uk, and $9.97 new on Amazon.com.
