I bought Vanicream Lite Lotion at a local pharmacy over the counter. You could probably buy it at Kmart or Walmart behind the pharmacy without a perscription. Pharmacies usually can order products for you also. I never heard of Vanicream until just recently with my purchase. I was looking for a skin lotion for sensitive skin. This is a lite lotion. I only use it on my hands and body not my face. I have rather "fussy" facial skin. My facial skin doesn't like moisturizers. I tend to breakout with them. Vanicream works great on my dry hands. I put it on at bedtime. The next day, my hands feel moisturized. I notice a difference throughout the day with just that one time application at bedtime. So I make it my nightime ritual to always apply lotion on my hands. Vanicream is for sensitive skin. It is free of dyes-fragrance-lanolin-parabens and formaldehyde.
