Vaseline Intensive Care Total Moisture Lotion By Patrick on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought this lotion while I was getting my first tattoo, to keep it moistened and help healing. I had to go for a couple sittings to finish the tattoo, so I tried a couple different lotions and this was the absolute best that I found. Out of all the lotions I tried, this was the only one that was non-irritating and didn't burn when I applied it. I think, that if it doesn't irritate freshly tattooed skin, it must be pretty mild and great for people with even the most sensitive skin. I don't use lotion a lot. I can't stand the smell or the greasy feel of most lotions that I have tried or borrowed from friends, but since I liked the Intensive Care so much from using it on my tattoo I have used it since whenever whenever my skin starts to dry out, especially during the winter. As I said, this stuff is very mild, it doesn't have a strong scent, and best of all it is not greasy. The lotion is very smooth, absorbs well, and does a great job of getting some moisture in your skin.
