Tired of shaving one day only to have prickly stubbles already the next day, I recently decided to try an alternative method of hair removal. I bought Veet Rasera Bladeless Hair Removal Kit, which promised results that lasted at least twice as long as regular shaving with a razor. I skimmed through the directions and slathered the cream all over one leg. I rinsed my hands as directed and waited the required 3 minutes before testing a small area by my knee to see if it was ready to come off yet. The hair was still firmly in place, so I waited an additional two minutes. When I tried again the hair came off easily that time. I started using the "bladeless razor" but did not like using it because it was taking a long time and the product was starting to give my skin a slight burning sensation. So, I grabbed a wet washcloth and rubbed the hair firmly off of my leg. I loved how soft and smooth my skin was after using this product. It was like it disintegrated the root. When I shave with a razor I can still see a tiny black dot where the root of the hair is under the skin. I did not like the smell of cream. It was quite strong and chemically. After showering, however, the smell was gone. My leg stayed smooth for a full week after using the product. Although there were a few things I did not like about the Veet Rasera Hair Removal kit, to me the benefits of smoother skin for a longer period of time made this product worth it. I will likely use it again.
