VEMMA is an abbreviation, it stands for Vitamins, Essential Minerals, Mangosteen, Aloe. A daily dose of this liquid supplement contains all the vitamins and minerals our body needs to function well and resist or fight illnesses. We don't get enough nutrition from the food we eat, even if we try to eat right; Vemma helps to remedy that.

The supplement needs to be taken every day, preferably in the morning. A small 2 ounce glass can be drunk before, with, or after a meal. Two 1 quart bottles of Vemma will last one person a month.
