Verizon Blackberry

I have had a verizon blackberry for at least 1.5 years.when i first got the blackberry i thought it was great but the keyboard was hard to use.i got used to it after the first week. The main problem i have with the blackberry from verizon is even though you have insurance you have to fifty dollars everytime something happens to it.Even if it is a problem with the phone itself and not anything yu did to it.Two of the five blackberryies that i have purchased has crashed.I still had to pay fifty dollars and lost all my information a the phones.Verizon was willing to try to data off the phone for me but they wanted to charge me fifteen dollars to do so.i thought that was crazy because it was not nothing that i did to mess the phone up.i think that they should have some rules set with their insurance because it is a rip off.Also this phone comes with a lot of application options, but as soon as to load them on your phone it starts to freeze up.
It's unfortunate you have had so much difficulty with these. I own a BB and have never had it freeze or lose my data. Almost sounds as though Verizon has a way to mess up the phones or something ;) Hope things improve with them as it doesn't sound like their service is very helpful - except to get money from you.
