If you have read my other reivews then you know as I have mentioned that I live in a very small town. Because this town is so smal there is only one phone company available in the rural areas which is where we are. I have the Verizon Freedom Essentials plan which comes with unlimited long distance, caller ID, calling waiting, call waiting ID, and voicemail...THE VOICEMAIL is unavailable out here! Yet they can't explain why, nor is the call waiting caller ID, which is where you can see whos calling when you are on the phone. So 2 out of the 4 extras I pay for are not even available. For all of this my bill comes to about $80 after taxes and fees!!!! They don't have high speed available out here either. SO since they are the only phone service available, I have no choice, and they know that so they charge an arm and a leg. I am not a happy camper when it comes to my phone service!!
