Are you allergic to peanuts and just really want some chocolate (without having to worry about death that is)?Well, let me tell you about this wonderful company, Vermont Nut Free Chocolate!
I have been ordering from them for years now for my son who is allergic to too many foods to list, including peanuts.He use to be able to eat Hersheys but apparently they are not careful anymore about cross contamination because now it causes minor throat swelling for him.and even MINOR throat swelling = major anxiety for us!So, now, he ONLY eats chocolate ordered from this company.And as much as Josh loves chocolate, this company was an answer to my prayers!
The chocolate is smooth and has a wonderful flavor.In fact, because it costs more than chocolate in the stores, I have to hide it from other family members so they dont eat it too:0)For holidays they have specially shaped chocolates, Easter has crosses and bunnys, Christmas has ordaments filled with skippers (which are like M&Ms), etc.And there are even some chocolates for us grown-ups toothey have boxed chocolates and fudge to name a couple.For your baking needs, there is butterscotch, white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips.I could go on and on.
Customer service is wonderful and delivery is prompt.If you want to save money, order in the winter cause if it is 70 degrees or over you have to pay for a gell pack with is $5.50 more.We also order large quantities and place orders only about 2 times a year:0)But the cost is worth it for my son to have chocolate without the worry of his throat swelling shut:0)I mean, really, who can place a price on your kids health and happiness?
This is simply great information about a product many parents need! So many of our children have allergies, including to peanuts. Thanks to this company, they can now safely enjoy chocolate without fear of an allergic reaction.
This product sounds perfect for those who suffer from allergies. I can't imagine what it would be like to have children with allergies. I'm glad you found a place to purchase chocolate for your son to enjoy.
My son too has peanut allergies-we just might be able to try this on him!
