I love this machine! These are very hard to find, since nobody wants to sell them! I have knee and ankle problems, and I researched many other machines, but this is the one I decided on. Instead of buying brand new, I bought it used; even used, it works very well. I love how you just step on, and you're good to go. This machine puts you in a position much like rock climbing. It does take some getting used to as far as coordination goes, but, once you've got a rhythm going, it's easy to forget you're even working out! I love how hard this machine works your legs and glutes. The machine could be constructed a little sturdier I think, but, it's a great value for what I paid. I love how you can vary between working your arms and legs depending on which limb you push and pull with. It's also a machine that can do a very light workout, if you are recovering from an injury. You control the speed, the resistance, and the pull. I love this machine!
