Move over sugar-packed energy drinks, there's a healthy one out! It is called "Verve!", and it is wonderful.

Verve is produced by the same company that makes Vemma, a liquid nutritional supplement I have already reviewed here at SR. Verve contains full spectrum of vitamins and 67 minerals our body needs to function well. It also has mangosteen, which is possibly the world's most powerful source of antioxidants, organic aloe vera, and organic green tea blend, and guarana seed extract. There is no added sugar in Verve (natural fructose only).

I did not think that an energy drink can be healthy, so I had not bought any prior to trying Verve. Those who consume regular energy drinks often talk about "the crash" that happens after the energy boost. Verve is different. It does not make you run wild, does not affect your mood, and you don't crash afterwards, either. When I have my Verve, I just feel awake and alert. My husband works 2nd shift, and he takes Verve to work every day - it helps him to get through the night hours easier.
