Viactiv Multi-vitamins come in fruit and milk chocolate flavors. I use the milk chocolate and really enjoy the taste. They contain twelve essential vitamins plus calcium. The taste makes them very easy to take. It's like having a piece of candy every morning.

I have noticed that I have more energy since I've been taking them. That would probably happen with any good vitamin, but I don't know if I'd be as likely to be as faithful about taking a pill as I am with this product. You take one each day.

As much as I like these, I would like it if they could come out with a sugar free version. Also, if you have small children you might want to be careful that they don't confuse it with candy.
