Vibe Magazine: Hip Or Not! By Summer Banks on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have been a subscriber to Vibe Magazine for more than seven years. Seven years ago, Vibe was on the edge of Hip Hop, making a point to bring stories of Urban life and music to the doorsteps of people all over the United States. Unfortunately, that mission has fallen by the way side to money and revenue.
Vibe magazine still offers great stories and features. You will still find a wealth of informatio of what is happening in Urban lifestyle. But, you will have to wade through the car ads, clothing ads, shoe ads, more clothing ads and even more clothing ads, to find that great story.
I have "always" been and will "always" be a subscriber to Vibe, but, at this point, it is simply out of pure habit over want.
