Virginia Beach Travel Package Makes for Family Fun

Oh was the Virginia Beach travel package so worth the money!We had the best time at Virginia Beach.I really don't feel that we would have done as much as we did if we hadn't used theVirginia Beach travel package.

Accomodations at Virginia Beach

The travel agency took care of all the accomodations for us.I loved the DoubleTree Inn we stayed.It was so nice and very family oriented.They made sure to pick out a hotel that we liked.The hotel was very kid oriented which was important to us. DoubleTree is known for its top-quality ammenities. They even give you these great little homemade cookies, fruit and other cool snacks.

We were just a few blocks from the ocean and near a lot of other things in the area.This made it nice to stay at the Doubletree and also have access to the beach itself.

Driving to the Beach

The agent was wonderful at helping us with travel to the beach.We decided to drive.She included a map for us and even suggested several stops for stretching our legs and eating with the kids.This made it so nice for the trip.

Suggestions of Things to See

One thing that I really liked for the trip planning was that the agent suggested that we go to the LynnHaven museum.The kids really enjoyed it and I did too.We liked it so much that we ended up going to the Virginia Marine Science Museum which was a big hit with the tank of sharks!

The kids had never seen a light house.We went to the Old Cape Henry Lighthouse.

I loved that the agent helped us so much and she put together the ideal travel package for our family.
