Virtua Tennis 3, right of the bat is not a very realistic tennis video game. Its counterpart on the XBOX 360, Topspin, is likely a better choice for a gamer looking to obtain a realistic tennis experience on a console. Virtua Tennis is however a thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable experience. The controls are extremely simple and winning is based on being able to confuse and read your opponent properly. This makes for an exceptionally thrilling multiplayer experience and luckily Virtua Tennis is tied in neatly with the XBOX Live community. Games are easily and quickly setup without much fuss. The obvious potential drawbacks of such a simple game are the lack of depth and realism, but are easily forgotten when in game! Overall an awesome buy and definitely a game to own for any XBOX owner!
