I have never been one for taking vitamins before but took the challenge and love these. I can completely tell the difference when I take them and I don't. I have more energy, feel healthier, and get sick less often after being on these now for 2 years. They are not chewable so I don't pay much attention to a flavor. They have a small aftertaste but goes away immediately. I love the energy I feel and that I am able to stay up after my kids go to sleep so I can enjoy some quiet time to myself. I have noticed things like my nails and hair growing more and stronger. My skin looks healthier too. I took the Prenatals while pregnant and felt great! I love that Bobbi McCaughey took the Vitality Pack while pregnant with her septuplets! What a great testament!
