Being the geek that I am, I'm always looking into other programs. I was having trouble with another media player and wanted something different. A buddy of mine told me about VLC Player. VLC Player is a media player that will play just about any video format you throw at it. It has a very simple interface, nothing to fancy or hard to figure out. If you are a Linux or Mac user, no worrying is needed, VLC is a cross platform program, so it has no problem running on different systems. I ranked customer support at 3 because I honestly haven't had any problems, so I haven't had to deal with them. They update and fix things fairly often, and the downloads are very small. The Windows download is only about 9MB. So if your bored or looking for a new video player, Give this a shot, I almost guarentee you will keep it, and the best of all, ITS FREE!
