Vodafone Sim Only - NIGHTMARE!
By hcutting onVodafone offer a sim only contract, meaning I can keep my original phone.The contract is 10 a month for 100 minutes and 500 texts.Seemed perfect for me.Little did I know 10 a month was not a realistic price.I started the contract and all was well, I recieved the SIM in a couple of days and it was easy to set up a direct debit account online.I used my phone and everything was fine, until I realised I had no idea how much I was spending.I rang up my balance number and it was either 'unavaliable' orwould give me details of my balance three days ago.My balance would change a lot from day to day and so, a balance update from three days ago was useless to me.When I signed up for the contract I was given an online account where I could supposedly 'manage my bills'.Funnily enough, my bills and balance checks were always unavaliable.It truly did feel like a con.I ended up spending 136 one month without knowing what I'd really spent it on and decided enough was enough.I then had the fun of trying to cancel the contract, this took about another month (just so they could get another payment out of me), but thankfully I can now say I am free of Vodafone!
What a nightmare!

That Phone Service is a Nightmare. I feel that everyone should get a refund if their plan is not of satification. Thanks for Sharing!
