Vsmile....Put A Smile On Your Childs Face By Bobbi Mckenney on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My husband and I were looking for a good learning game for our son who turned 5 this last March. We wanted something that would be fun for him and at the same time provide some structre of learning while he played it. We came across this Vsmile on the shelves at our local Walmart. We really liked the fact that there were such a large selection of games for his age. Another factor that we really liked was that it taught reading, comprehsion, math, comparission, and various other skills that was at his level. All combind in a fun game that was themed with characters from popular childrens movies and cartoons. The game system came with batteries, one game, a wrist strap, instruction manuals and AV cables so that you can play it on the TV as well. We purchased for an extra 17 dollars and AC adapter so that he can plug it in to an outlet and not use the batteries. The size of this game system is a little bigger than the gameboys. It is really durable so it it drops it most likely will not break into a million little pieces! The games do not just stop at the age 5 either. I have seen games for this system up to ages 9-10. That is such a wonderful way to get even "more bang for the buck" out of this game. I think that this is an great way for kids to have an learning experience and still enjoy playing video games.
