Wachovia Bank

I have had my account with wachovia for about 5 years now and i love them.the fees are not ridicoulus.i wish i had none but you can't have an account without any sort of fees.they are also very understanding.the time that i accidently overdrafted my account they gave me back my fees and helped me so that it would not happen again.the interest rate in the savings account is not the greatest but you really can't expect much from a bank.they have many services although i only use 3.i have a checking account, savings account, and also a safe deposit box with them.they have yet to let me down on something.when i lose my Debit card which i have done many times they make sure that i have my replacement in a timely manner.I have heard horror stories from people from other banks.but all in all i really like this bank and i do not forsee me moving anytime soon.Another great feature of Wachovia is it's online banking option.It is very easy to understand.I was afraid when i signed up for the online banking that i will not be able to understand what they say but to my amazement everything went smoothly.They seperate all of my accounts.I can even transfer funds from between accounts in a press of a button.One time i was a little short on my checking account to cover the payments that i made i was able to transfer from one of my savings accounts in seconds and avoided a very long headache prone night.Unlike other users I have never received and spam from anyone from wachovia.all i receive from them is my daily balance which is something that i signed up for.
