I purchased vitamin E at Walgreens. This is an antioxidant vitamin. I have the bottle with one hundred capsules. This is a dietary supplement. It works and is a great value for the price.Vitamin E naturaly contributes to heart health, by helping to protect ldl cholesterol from oxidation which may cause more cell damage. They are guaranteed for quality and freshness. They do work better if taken with food. It tells you on the bottle that this has not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. I like the capsules and they can be opened and the vitamin E applied directly to the skin. They are grest for healing and helping sunburn, burns, and rash's. Those are some of the reasons that I would recommend the use of this product! You only need to take one a day. I think these are also great for the face and on the dry skin areas as well. I like the fact that you do get one hundred capsules because these are going to last for awhile.
