This video is similar to another Leslie Sansome video I reviewed (High Calorie Burn 2 miles). The main difference is that the other video uses weights to exercise the arms, while this one uses a stretchy band.

As in all of Leslie Sansone's aerobics videos, there are only four basic moves -- marching in place, kicking forward, kicking back, and knee lifts. Sansone leads the class, which is composed of people of different ages and sizes. There is a counter that comes up on the bottom of the screen when you reach certain milestones of your 2 mile walk, which helps keep you motivated.

I don't have a stretchy band, so I just use a towel. As with the other Sansome video I own, I learned the routine very quickly and then started doing it with the sound turned off, using my own music. The moves are so simple that I found that after a few times doing the video, I didn't need to hear the cueing and was able to follow it easily without the sound.

I bought this as a VHS that I found while browsing at a local store's clearance sale. It is available also on a DVD which comes with a a 1-mile "Easy Walk" workout on it as well.
