The last four or five handbags that I've been using were purchased from Walmart. I'm presently using one that is made of a brown canvas material and has a Paris scene on the front and back. I have found that Walmart has a good selection of very inexpensive handbags that hold up really well.

Of course, if you want to buy a more expensive bag, Walmart has those too. But I have always tried to be thrifty when buying handbags. I tend to be somewhat hard on my bags and don't want to spend a lot of money on them for that reason. The bags I have gotten were $20.00 and under, and these bags have lasted me for years.

Usually I will be interested in getting a handbag with a lot of compartments in which to store all of my stuff, something men don't understand but women do. The majority of my Walmart handbags have three compartments, including little zippered pockets for storing small items. I can easily fit my wallet, keys, cell phone, pens, small notebooks, lipstick, a small pack of tissues, business cards, and more into these bags without a problem.
