Walmart thread is really good. I make quite a few craft projects and this thread has been excellent in a wide variety. It is durable, and easy to work with. The spools that I have cost about eighteen cents a spool at the time that they were given to me. I do like the larger spools. It is easier, not to run out when working on my projects. It is affordable and a very good value. I like the color variety that is offered. It also is one hundred percent polyestor. I did not experience alot of breakage or splitting. I like to work with thread that has the best quality.I would recommend this thread and continue to use it. I like reasonable prices especialy when using many colors and large amounts. I tend to use more as the holidays approach, and that is a time, when costs can really add up. It has been one of the easiest brands to work with. I am presently using the dark brown and have been very pleased with this product. I have also kept many of these spools for lengthy periods of time, and they do hold up well, even after that.
