Walt Disney World Fort Wilderness Cabins
By lovebug onWe stayed here in November 2007. It was myself, my husband and our 4 year old son. The Fort Wilderness Campground and Cabins were perfect for us.
The cabin has a separate bedroom which was wonderful for ds to catch a afternoon nap while we releaxed in the living room and watched tv and we didn't have to worry about disturbing him. The bedroom has a full size bed and a bunk bed in it.The cabin also comes with a murphy bed (located in the living room), which I slept on a couple of nights and found it to be very comfortable. We loved the full size kitchen, which does come with a 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, stove & fridge.
The campground is HUGE and I would recommend renting a golf cart in order to get around. We didn't have any problems with the buses/wait time to and from the parks and loved catching the boat over to/from Magic Kingdom. We found the campground to be very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful & courteous.
I would recommend FW Campground to anyone wanting a home away from home feel & I also think this would be perfect for larger families staying at Walt Disney World.

These cabins sound very nice. Thanks for sharing.
