Do you play sports? Will you be better if you could jump higher or run faster? Well I have a solution for you that will help you reach that goal. The answer is Air Alert. It is a plymetric work out for your legs mainly, but it works the core of your body. It will build endurence, and muscle in every part of your legs. The workouts vary for every level. I remeber back when i first bought it, I could barly get the net, all though i am short. i am 5' 9" if that helps. Well i did this workout all the way through and did the advanced workouts that comes next, and by the end of that i could get rim. Now thats pretty high up there for some one that is my hight. There is a dvd that explains how to do every exercise throughly. After completing the workout program i took a break and let my legs fully recover, then after i went through a few parts again i was able to dunk, so it worked really well for me, and helped me alot with my sport, basketball.
