Warcraft 3 has proven itself to be a fixture in the real-time-strategy genre for the PC. Coming off the successful Warcraft series and the wildly popular Starcraft titles, Warcraft 3 is bound to please any fan. A notable upgrade is the transition from a 2D environment in Starcraft to an entirely 3D world in Warcraft 3. The Reign of Chaos is the original with the expansion "The Frozen Throne" also available. Campaign play is entirely engrossing with interesting characters and challenging missions. The addition of "hero" units with various abilities and collectable items adds a new dimension to the RTS world and seats Warcraft 3 comfortably atop the rest. As well, with numerous "custom games" available, the user is privy to an incredible array of new and fun user-created maps and games! Overall, a great buy!
