The Ware Two Level Kitty Condo works well if your cat or cats are willing to use it. Well, cats can be picky. I have 2 cats that refuse to come inside the house during the winter. They love being outside. I purchased this condo for them in hopes that they would have a warm place to sleep in the winter. I put it on our patio and only one of the two cats will actually use it. And, the one cat that does use it, only sleeps on top of it. I've only ever seen her get inside the cubby hole once. So, for me, this isn't really a good product. It is well made. I've owned it about a year. It has held up well and looks nice. My only problem with it is that my cats won't use it. For a $20 investment, you don't have much to lose if you try this and maybe your cat won't be as picky as mine and will actually use it!
