Wario Ware: Gameboy Game Review By Reny on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

Wario Ware: Mega Microgames is the original Wario Ware game that started off a whole series of similar games. Easily had for $10 these days, it is totally worth it. Designed for the modern gamer on the go who has basically no attention span, Wario Ware is comprised of 200 different minigames.

You are pitted against Wario and his other game developer friends with the challenge to beat them at their own games. Each game lasts about 5 seconds, and you get no instructions for each game. Moreover, you have to play a bunch of games in a row, followed by a boss fight at the end of the stage which is essentially a longer minigame. If you fail at any of the minigames in a stage, you lose a life, and if you lose three lives you have to start the stage over.

Wario Ware: Mega Microgames is extremely fast paced, and will definitely keep you on your toes. Each stage is fairly short, making this an ideal game for a portable platform. Even several years after its initial release, it is a very enjoyable game with innovative play style that brings back the arcade to gaming.
