I was on the lookout for a new comforter for my bed, but also one that still matched with the curtains I had in my room. I found the perfect one in Target.
This is from Target's Global Home line and individually it is called "Karima." They had comforters available in all sizes ranging from Twin to King, mine is a Queen. They also had matching sheets and pillows. I know you can still find the pillows online, I am not sure about the comforter and sheet set. I wanted to purchase a sheet set to go with my comforter but they were sold out by the time I had the money saved up to get the comforter.
I can't give you the exact dimensions of my comforter, just that its a good Queen size. Not too small and not too big, just perfect in my opinion. The fabric is very soft and feels almost suede like. It is VERY comfortable to sleep under. I stay nice and cozy at night or during nap time, hehe, I never get too cold or too hot under it.
As you can see in the picture it has stripes of a wide variety of colors so you have a wide range of colors to match sheets and pillows to. I personally matched up the green color and it looks great. As you can see in the picture I have my doggy modeling it, she is also a big fan as well and loves being my cuddle buddy at night. Since she sleeps on top of the comforter I've noticed that it does NOT hold her hair as she sheds a lot being an Australian Shepherd, which is great for me. I'd hate to be surrounded by dog hair while I was sleeping.
So overall I'm a big fan of this comforter and I'd love to get a few pillows to match while they are still available. Target is a great place to get comforters and sheet sets, so if you are on the lookout, I'd try there. They're prices are very reasonable!

I love Target for their very attractive bedding. It's great quality too. We bought a heavy embroidered comforter there with braided trimming and that thing wore well for 8 long years. I love the soft neutral colors in your comforter Crunky. You did a great job choosing this one.

Smart idea there : buying comforters of stripes of a wide variety of colors so you have a wide range of colors to match bedsheets , bolsters, pillows and even curtains of the room. Thanks for sharing.
Nice blend of colors. Your dog is a very cute model! I know what you mean about the dog hair. It's hard to find something that it does not cling to.
